Zilker Technology, a leading digital consultancy and systems integrator based in Austin, TX, has received a strategic investment from Next Sparc, a Cleveland-based private investment firm with significant experience and success in the digital space. The investment was led by Next Sparc’s Len Pagon, who also founded and built Brulant/Rosetta into one of the top 10 privately held digital agencies in North America before selling to Publicis in 2011 for almost $600 million. Effective immediately, Pagon will become a member of Zilker’s Board of Directors.
Founded in 2014 by members of the leadership team of Ascendant Technology (acquired by Avnet, Inc. in 2011), Zilker Technology has grown to over 200 employees in the U.S., Serbia and India in just 4 years. The company delivers eCommerce, Digital and Content solutions to all sizes of business, with strong Cloud, Integration and Blockchain capabilities to bring complete solutions to clients. “Over the last four years Zilker has done a terrific job at developing capabilities and delivering impactful client results with high demand emerging technologies,” said Pagon. “Next Sparc is excited to help a very seasoned Zilker leadership team continue to invest in a scalable infrastructure, expand capabilities and attract top talent.”
