Fresh Sparcs
Next Sparc is growing. We’ve recently expanded the investment team with the welcome of Jake Bruscino and Diego Maza. These strategic hires reflect our commitment to enhancing our capabilities for our current portfolio and in our health and wellness initiatives, two areas we’ve identified as crucial for long-term value creation.
Meet Jake and Diego
Jake Bruscino joins us as a Financial Analyst, working directly with Miles Molyneaux and James Carey to enhance our portfolio management capabilities. His role focuses on delivering comprehensive market insights and detailed portfolio reviews, as well as strengthening our investment decision-making process.
Prior to joining the team, Jake founded an investment fund focused on public securities earnings report arbitrage, as well as uSync.gg, a platform which focuses on the aggregation of various esports events.
“Jake’s analytical prowess and attention to detail have already made an impact on our financial review processes,” notes Miles. “His support allows us to dive even deeper into new market opportunities and our portfolio optimization efforts.”
Diego Maza steps into the role of Product Analyst, where he is specifically focused on growing our health and wellness investment vertical and the development of the Next Sparc app. His expertise will be instrumental in evaluating opportunities in this dynamic sector and driving product innovation.
“Diego brings a fresh perspective to our health and wellness initiatives,” says Len Pagon Jr., CEO. “His unique blend of business intelligence and marketing from his internship experiences makes him an ideal fit for supporting our digital presence and investment strategy in this space.”
Bolstering Our Team With New Functions
With the addition of Jake and Diego, we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for our future as a firm. Both appointments underscore our commitment to thoughtful growth and our dedication to maintaining excellence in family office services.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Jake and Diego to the Next Sparc family,” shares James. “Their roles were carefully designed to support our core functions while enabling us to pursue new opportunities in our target sectors.”
